XILA Property Management focuses on creating a pleasant and comfortable tenant experience that encourages long-term tenancy. We maintain open communication lines to generate positive relationships between tenants, our firm and rental property owners.  Treating our tenants with respect and consideration is one of our most important missions. Tenants are encouraged to call us at any time with comments, questions or concerns.  We value tenant feedback and always offer a positive environment of tenant care.

As a valued tenant of XILA Property Management

  • You can actually build your credit by paying your rent on time! We report your payment history to Experian RentBureau so that your excellent history of on-time rent payments becomes a part of your credit history.
  • Please use us as a rental reference.  Your file stays active in our system for many years. Your lease is kept on file and we can easily send you copies whenever you may need one
  • We respond to maintenance requests promptly, placing conditions affecting tenant safety or emergency issues at the top of our “to do” list. Our tenants appreciate our dedication to their comfort and our pride in the properties we manage.  Our Hotline is monitored by a member of our staff for after-hours emergency repairs.
  • We are familiar with all aspects of landlord-tenant law –  individual property owners may not know what is required of them as a landlord.  We will always respect and protect your rights as a renter.
